Prohibited Use Policy

Overview

This Prohibited Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all use of the emergentic.ai platform, APIs, and related services. The examples below are representative and not exhaustive. We may update this policy as our services evolve.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Conduct

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Create or distribute content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to facilitate harm.
  • Generate or promote content that incites violence, self-harm, or criminal activity.
  • Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten individuals or groups.

Privacy, Safety, and Sensitive Data

  • Collect, disclose, or process personal data without required notices or consent.
  • Use the Services to identify or profile individuals in ways that violate law or policy.
  • Submit or process protected health information, biometric identifiers, payment card data, or other regulated data unless explicitly authorized in a signed agreement.
  • Engage in mass surveillance or unlawful monitoring.

Security and Platform Integrity

  • Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
  • Probe, scan, or test our systems for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful code through the Services.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Services or related infrastructure.

Intellectual Property and Misuse of Content

  • Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, trade secrets, or proprietary data.
  • Use the Services to create content that violates third-party terms or licenses.
  • Misrepresent the origin of Outputs or impersonate individuals or organizations.

Competitive or Unauthorized Model Use

  • Use the Services to build, train, or improve models that compete with TGITM without an express written agreement.
  • Attempt to extract model weights, system prompts, or other confidential platform information.
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Services except as allowed by documented APIs.

High-Risk or Regulated Use Cases

  • Deploy the Services in production, mission-critical, or regulated environments without a signed enterprise agreement.
  • Use the Services for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review and legal authorization.
  • Support weapons development, military targeting, or other prohibited defense applications.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other actions permitted under the Terms and applicable law. We may notify impacted users and cooperate with lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement.
